stainless steel slice deflector mod. 275 / s

The stainless steel slice deflector mod. 275/S is fitted next to the blade on 275 mm blade slicers, in particular the RGV Lusso and Kelly mod. 275/S series (and equivalent models sharing the same mechanics). It guides the freshly cut slice away from the blade edge, preventing it from falling back against the cutting edge and reducing the risk of accidental contact during slicing.

This part wears or bends from impacts or heavy use: replace it when it is bent, loose, or no longer sits flush against the blade body, since at that point it no longer performs its protective function and slices can catch on or touch the blade.
