The stainless steel G-350/370 Kelly slice deflector (parafetta) is the spare part fitted behind the slicer blade, whose job is to guide the freshly cut slice as it leaves the blade towards the collection tray. It is designed for Kelly series slicers with a 350 or 370 mm blade, and like all slice deflectors it must be easily removable without tools to allow proper cleaning of the machine.
