trolley lock knob mod. 220/250 s (ø50 m8)

The carriage lock knob is the part that secures the carriage (product-holder plate) of 220/250 S slicers in position. It has a Ø50 mm diameter and an M8 thread: it screws onto the carriage locking screw and, once tightened by hand, stops the plate from sliding, holding it steady while cleaning the machine or during transport.

It's a simple but essential spare part: if the knob loosens on its own, spins freely, or the internal thread is stripped or broken, the carriage no longer stays locked and becomes unstable during use, with a risk of unwanted movement. Replacing it with a new Ø50 mm, M8-thread knob restores proper locking of the carriage.
