RGV Style 900 mod. 250/S manual flywheel slicer, hand-operated with no need for electricity: the flywheel turns the blade via a hand crank, in traditional style.

Cast aluminium body, sturdy yet lightweight (33 kg). Professional tempered Ø250 mm blade, mounted on a double ball-bearing shaft for stable, quiet rotation, with a blade guard ring for operator safety. Cutting thickness adjustable from 0 to 16 mm, for paper-thin slices or thicker cuts. Useful cutting size 185x150 mm.

The design recalls the classic red flywheel slicers, ideal for delis, butcheries, taverns and venues with a vintage-style decor, wherever a reliable slicer is needed even without a power outlet. Compared to its sister 300/S it has a smaller blade, suited to those looking for a more compact footprint.
