The carriage stop spring is the mechanical replacement part for the locking system (BLC) of the 220, 250 and 275 Lady gravity slicers. It is part of the assembly that holds the sliding carriage - the plate the product to be sliced rests on - in place, for example while the plate is removed for cleaning or maintenance.
- Compatible with BLC 220 - 250 - 275 Lady slicers
- Component of the sliding carriage locking assembly
It should be replaced when the original spring has lost its elasticity or has broken: in these cases the carriage no longer stays locked in the required position, with a risk of accidental movement while the product plate is removed.
