This sharpener cover (hood) is the plastic cap that covers the sharpener assembly fitted to Berkel Premier slicers, closing the top of the sharpener body and covering and protecting the sharpening wheels from dust, knocks and accidental contact during use and cleaning. It is designed for the original sharpener units on Berkel Premier slicers and reproduces the shape and fixing points of the original part, including the embossed Berkel logo on the cover.
