This is the sharpener unit fitted on board the slicer: two abrasive stones (a coarse one for sharpening and a fine one for finishing the edge) are brought against the rim of the spinning blade to restore its cutting edge, without removing the blade from the machine. Replace it when the grinding stones are worn, the mechanism that brings them to the blade is worn/loose, or the unit no longer drives the stones correctly.
Compatible with slicers with a 300 to 350 mm blade set up for the Laser model sharpener unit in the "new type" version.
