In single-phase motors the capacitor is an essential component: without it the motor cannot start from standstill, or it runs with reduced torque and overheats. This is the part to replace when the slicer or meat grinder motor fails to start, hums without starting, stalls under load, or when the original capacitor appears swollen or shows dielectric fluid leakage, a typical sign of end-of-life failure.
Compatible with various slicer and meat grinder models that use a 20 MF capacitor in the single-phase motor circuit.
