Auger (worm screw) for the Trita Express meat mincer.
It is the component that pushes the meat from the feed opening towards the cutting assembly (knife + perforated plate). It works under load and is a wear part: when the thread wears down, the feed pressure drops and the meat advances with difficulty or comes out crushed.
Specific to the Trita Express. For proper mincing it must be paired with a knife and plate in good condition. Wash and dry thoroughly after every use to prevent oxidation and moisture build-up.
