The knife holder pin (ref. 44) is the threaded pin that mounts and secures the cross knife inside the mincing assembly of the meat grinder. Screwed onto the worm-screw shaft, it holds the knife in place and under pressure against the perforated plate, ensuring a clean, continuous cut of the meat during mincing.
It is a component subject to wear and stress: over time the thread can strip, and the pin can bend or develop play, compromising the knife-to-plate fit and therefore the cutting quality. Replacing it restores correct assembly of the cutting set and smooth operation of the machine.
Adaptable spare part. To choose correctly, verify compatibility with your meat grinder model (assembly size, threading and pin dimensions) by comparing it with the original part to be replaced.
