Carriage-locking knob with Ø 10 mm bush, spare part for slicers. It is the knob that locks the product carriage in position: tightening it immobilises the plate/carriage for cleaning, dismantling or safe transport, unscrewing it frees the sliding to slice.
The internal threaded bush (Ø 10) is the part that grips the carriage pin; if the knob is stripped, cracked or the bush is worn, the carriage no longer locks correctly. Replacing it restores secure locking and a comfortable grip.
