Discs for curved-strip cutting designed for the Fama/Fimar professional vegetable cutters TV25K and Elite New. Fitted on the machine's cutting unit, these discs process vegetables into curved sticks (julienne/strip cut), ideal for salads, side dishes, frying and any preparation requiring uniform stick-shaped pieces.
The disc fits onto the disc-holder shaft and rotates against the feed opening: the vegetable is pushed against the blade and cut into curved strips of the corresponding width. It is interchangeable like the other discs in the set (slicing, dicing, grating), so you can customise the type of cut on the same machine.
The different heights indicate the strip thickness: H4, H6, H8, H10 (curved). Replace the disc when the blade is worn, chipped or no longer cuts cleanly, to preserve cut quality and safety.
