Interchangeable working discs for the Fama/Fimar professional vegetable cutters TV25K and Elite New. They fit into the machine drum seat and, as they rotate, shred or grate the food by pushing it against the disc blade; they let you customise the cut simply by swapping the disc.

The Z-series discs are used for shredding (julienne/strip cut) in increasing widths, while the V disc is used for grating bread and cheese.
