Stainless steel cone with a 4 mm hole for the Athos Sirman mozzarella/vegetable cutter. It is the accessory that, fitted on the machine, processes the product with a Julienne cut: it makes fine, regular stick-cut vegetables (e.g. carrots, courgettes), as well as processing mozzarella.
