Complete sharpener assembly (code 9864) for RGV slicers. This is the sharpening head that mounts on the machine and restores the edge of the circular blade without having to remove it.
What it's for. The sharpener assembly carries the abrasive grinding wheels (normally a coarse-grit one for sharpening and a fine-grit one for removing burrs): running them along the blade edge restores a clean cutting edge. A sharp blade cuts better, heats the product less and puts less strain on the motor.
Compatibility. RGV slicers of the Lusso / Lady 22 / 25 / 275 / S and Dolly 22 / 25 series, as well as the RGV 25 Special Edition Red. This is the complete assembly: replace it when the original sharpener is broken, jammed, or the wheels no longer work correctly.
Related spare parts. If the assembly is intact and only the worn stones are needed, the correct-size grinding wheels are available separately.
