Aluminium auger (worm/feed screw) for Fama size 12 meat mincers — also compatible with the FTG 102 model and with the grater attachment.
The auger pushes the meat from the feed throat towards the cutting set (knife + perforated plate). It works under load and is a wear part: when the flight wears down, feeding pressure drops and the meat advances with difficulty or comes out crushed.
Compatible with Fama size 12 and FTG 102 mincers, and usable on the matching grater attachment. For proper mincing it should be paired with a knife and plate in good condition (see the stainless steel size 12 plate). Wash and dry after every use.
