(012) graduated knob kit ausonia 190/220

The graduated knob kit (code 012) is the replacement part for the thickness-adjustment knob on RGV Ausonia 190 and 220 slicers. The kit includes the complete knob with its components, ready to replace the original one.

The knob acts on the mechanism that moves the meat-holder plate closer to or further from the blade: turning it along the graduated scale sets the slice thickness precisely, from paper-thin to thicker cuts. It's a wear part subject to daily use, especially on deli counters.
