This is the central screw that locks and holds the circular blade in place on the hub: a small but safety-critical component, since a loose fastening or a damaged screw compromises the blade's secure seating. Replace it if the thread or the drive recess is damaged, or if the screw has been lost during cleaning.
Specific to the Ausonia 220 and Mary Silver 220 models. Blade tightening must be carried out correctly by technical personnel, with the machine unplugged.
