Replacement circular blade for professional slicers, made of 100Cr6 steel (high-carbon chromium steel) to guarantee edge hardness, clean cutting and long-lasting wear resistance. The blade performs the cutting rotation on the product: it is the component that determines how clean and precise each slice is.

When to replace it: the blade should be changed when the edge is worn or blunt, when slices come out frayed or uneven, when the product tears, when sharpening produces sparks or unusual noise, or when the remaining diameter (after repeated grinding) no longer allows a proper cut. A worn blade forces you to push the carriage, reduces yield and compromises cutting hygiene.
