Replacement blade cover (blade guard) for the FAC slicer model F 275 E/I DOM, in the round attachment version with Ø thread 6MA fixing. The blade cover protects the non-cutting edge of the 275 mm blade: it is an essential safety component, preventing accidental contact with the cutting edge during use, cleaning and removal of the carriage.
