Sharpening stone (abrasive grinding wheel) for slicers, dimensions 43 × 10 × 8 mm (diameter × thickness × centre hole). Wear part of the built-in sharpener assembly that restores the edge of the circular blade. Compatible with Arsa slicers and sharpener assemblies that take this size. The coarse grit removes more metal and restores the edge profile on worn or nicked blades: it is the first wheel in the sharpening cycle, followed by the fine grit. The wheels work as a pair in the sharpener assembly: keep both grits on hand and replace the stone when it is worn or glazed. Check the three dimensions (diameter, thickness, hole) on your machine before purchasing: they determine compatibility regardless of the brand.
