Fine-grit emery grinding wheel for the sharpener assembly of Arsa meat slicers and compatible sharpeners. It is the abrasive stone that, mounted on the sharpener spindle, revives and maintains the blade edge: the fine-grit version is used in particular for blade finishing, i.e. to refine and polish the cutting edge after the pass on the coarse-grit wheel, restoring a clean, precise cut.

Compatible with Arsa slicers and with sharpener assemblies that take a wheel of these dimensions (Ø43 × thickness 10 × hole 8 mm). Before purchase, always check that diameter, thickness and hole match the emery wheel already fitted on your machine.

When to replace it: the emery wheel is a consumable component. It should be changed when the stone is worn down or reduced in diameter, when it shows chipping or uneven wear, or when sharpening no longer leaves the edge as sharp as it used to be. For optimal sharpening, the coarse-grit stone is used for the initial sharpening and this fine-grit one for finishing the cutting edge.
