45x7x10 emery for mobba slicer and compatible fine grain

The emery is the abrasive stone fitted to the built-in sharpener of the slicer: as it spins against the blade's edge, it restores its cutting ability. Sharpening typically uses two stones, a coarse-grit one for the initial grinding pass and a fine-grit one like this for the finishing pass, which follows the coarse stage and leaves the edge clean, thin and even — ideal for slicing without tearing or overheating the food.

Compatible with Mobba slicers and compatible models (ref. 410MBFC10). Replace it when the abrasive surface looks worn, glazed or smoothed out: at that point it no longer 'bites' into the metal and sharpening becomes ineffective, leaving the edge dull instead of sharp and forcing extra passes to get the same result.
