Coarse-grit grinding wheel 48x15x14.3 mm (diameter x thickness x bore) for the sharpener on OMAS, CEG, Atoma slicers and compatible models. Used for the first sharpening pass on the blade edge: check your machine's original dimensions before ordering.
Coarse-grit grinding wheel (emery stone) for the built-in sharpening unit of OMAS, CEG and Atoma slicers and compatible models. This is the wheel used for the first sharpening pass: it removes nicks and small imperfections from the circular blade edge, restoring a clean cut when the blade stops slicing evenly or starts tearing the product.

Compatible with OMAS, CEG, Atoma slicers and equivalent models fitted with a sharpener that takes a wheel of this size. For the finishing pass after coarse grinding, a fine-grit version with the same diameter and bore is also available (8 mm thickness). Replace this wheel when it looks worn, glazed or has a smooth/shiny face: at that point it no longer sharpens evenly and the blade edge becomes uneven. Always check the three dimensions (diameter, thickness, bore) against the wheel fitted on your sharpener before ordering.
