Sharpens the blade edge by removing metal; works together with the fine-grit wheel. Fits RGV 300/S Dolly/Lusso, Gastrochef, Starslicers and Berkel-compatible models. Replace when worn or glazed.
Abrasive grinding wheel, 50x12x8 mm, coarse grit, for the sharpener unit of Kolossal slicers and compatible models. This is the stone that, in the sharpener assembly, sharpens the edge of the circular blade.
Dimensions. Diameter 50 mm, thickness 12 mm, center hole 8 mm: compare them with the wheel currently fitted before purchasing.
Coarse grit. It performs the actual sharpening, removing metal and re-forming the cutting edge; it normally works together with the fine-grit wheel, which finishes the edge and removes burrs.
Compatibility. Fits RGV 300/S, Dolly, Lusso, Gastrochef, Starslicers slicers and Berkel-compatible models with a Ø50, 8 mm bore grinding wheel. Replace when worn, glazed or no longer sharpening.
