FAMA stainless steel milled roller, 78x146 mm, complete with flanges. Compatible with GS106, GS107, TG12, TG22, TGI12, TGI22, TGK12, TGK22, TGIK12, TGIK22, TG12R, GSR graters and combined grater/pepper mill/coffee grinder models.
Replacement FAMA stainless steel milled roller, size 78x146 mm, supplied complete with side flanges.
Unlike the punched roller, the milled roller has no sharp points but small truncated cones: the grated cheese comes out similar to what you get with a hand grater, particularly suited to semi-aged cheeses such as Pecorino Romano or Pecorino Sardo.
