100 mm closing disc for the Fama GS106 / GS107 grater. This is the disc that closes the grater head on the roller side, holding it in place during operation.
What it's for. On roller graters, the closing disc keeps the grater roller aligned and closes the housing: it ensures the roller works in the correct position and prevents product from escaping. If it is missing or broken, the roller wobbles and the grating becomes uneven.
When to replace it. When the disc is cracked, deformed or worn at the seat.
Compatibility. Fama GS106 and GS107 simple grater. Diameter 100 mm: check the size against the disc currently fitted.
