Red graduated knob for Atoma model CE slicers, supplied without fixing pin (to be paired with the pin already present on the machine). It fits onto the regulator shaft and lets you set and read the cutting thickness. Ref. ATOAFF0058.
The red graduated knob without pin is the component that fits onto the thickness-regulator shaft of Atoma model CE slicers: turning it sets and displays the cutting thickness of the slice.
This spare part is supplied without pin: it must be paired with the fixing pin already present on the machine (or purchased separately), so it cannot be used as a stand-alone complete knob.
Replace it when the original knob is broken or chipped, when the graduated scale is no longer readable, or when the coupling with the pin is worn and the knob spins freely without correctly adjusting the cutting thickness.
