Eccentric cam/pawl for the micro switch, for FAMA GS106 and GS107 graters (mouth/hopper assembly). It is the mechanical transmission element that connects the mouth lever to the safety micro switch: when the lever is operated, the eccentric profile of the cam presses the micro switch, enabling or interrupting motor operation.
- Compatibility: FAMA GS106, GS107 grater
- Function: lever-to-micro-switch transmission element of the mouth's safety system
Replace it when the eccentric profile is worn down and no longer presses the micro switch button enough, causing the grater to fail to start or to not stop safely as intended.
