fame protection grid for grater

The protection grid is the safety component fitted to the loading mouth of Fama simple graters, models GS106 and GS107. Its purpose is to prevent the operator's hands from coming into direct contact with the moving grating roller during use, when grating cheese, stale bread or other food, reducing the risk of injury typical of this type of machine.

This is an original Fama spare part (ref. FAMTRI0073), designed to replace the grid already fitted on the machine when it is bent, cracked or broken: in these cases the safety guard no longer keeps the required distance from the roller and must be replaced without waiting for the damage to worsen. Replacing it is a simple job that restores the grater to the safety conditions set by the manufacturer.
