(612) rgv bar for plate ø12 x 269 mod.300 / 350s
The plate guide bar is the cylindrical component along which the plate slides, i.e. the carriage that holds the product during each slicing pass. It is the original RGV spare part code 612, for slicer models 300 and 350/S.
- Diameter: Ø12 mm
- Length: 269 mm
- Compatible models: RGV 300, RGV 350/S
- Part code: 612
Thanks to this bar, the plate slides smoothly and precisely back and forth along its axis, a condition essential for obtaining evenly thick slices and for safe operation of the machine. Being in constant contact with the plate's sliding elements, the bar is subject to wear: when its surface becomes scored, oxidised or even slightly bent, the plate starts sliding with difficulty or unevenly, resulting in inaccurate slices and extra strain on the motor. In these cases the guide bar needs to be replaced.
