KNEADING HOOK

The hook (or spiral) is the tool that kneads by rotating inside the bowl of the mixer or planetary mixer, reproducing manual kneading movement without overheating the dough.

A hook for every machine: each model has a spiral sized to its own bowl and capacity — Sirman Plutone and Plutone Plus 7lt, Plutone 10lt, Hercules 20/30/40, Fama BM10N 10lt, Domino Smart 7 Jolly (stainless steel).

Sign of wear: if the dough comes out kneaded unevenly, or the hook is visibly deformed/worn at the points of greatest friction, it's time to replace it.
