Safety shield between the hand and the blade during slicing: mandatory component, to be replaced if broken or missing. Hole centre distance 14.9 cm (measurement to check for compatibility). The extended handle for the press-arm (pressamerce) is the replacement grip fitted to the food-pusher arm of vertical slicers, allowing the operator to push the product against the blade in a controlled way during cutting. Compatible with the press-arm mod. ECO 300 (ref. 431-432-433-445).
The "with extension" version lengthens the grip compared to the standard handle, keeping the operator's hand further from the blade and improving ergonomics during prolonged use.
It should be replaced when the original handle is broken, cracked, or has a worn fitting/thread, or when the attachment to the press-arm is loose, compromising grip and safety during cutting.
