Carriage hand guard for FAC and Swedlinghaus gravity-feed slicers, models 195 / 220 / 250R / 250E, CE and CE domestic versions. Safety shield between the hand and the blade during slicing: mandatory component, to be replaced if broken or missing. Hole centre distance 14.9 cm (measurement to check for compatibility). Specific to FAC/Swedlinghaus, not interchangeable with RGV models.

Ø80 mm ABS closing disc for the grinding unit of Fama meat mincers. Cover that holds the perforated plate and knife on the mincing body. Also available in 80 mm aluminium. Compatible with Fama series 8/12/22/32 (CE and EXPORT). To be replaced in case of stripped thread, cracks or tightening play.
The Ø80 mm ABS closing disc is the original spare part for the grinding unit of Fama Model 8 meat mincers. It is the cover/ring that screws onto the mouth of the mincing body and holds the perforated plate and the knife in position, ensuring the correct seal and alignment of the cutting set while processing meat.
Made of ABS (engineering plastic), it reproduces the same dimensions as the corresponding aluminium component: the part is in fact available both in the 80 mm ABS version and in the 80 mm aluminium version, interchangeable on the same unit.

It should be replaced when the ring has stripped threads, cracks or play that prevents the perforated plate from being tightened correctly: in these cases the meat may extrude poorly or the knife and plate may lose alignment. Check the Ø80 mm diameter before purchasing, as Fama mincers are fitted with grinding units of different sizes.
