Sausage-stuffing funnel for model 8 (standard size no. 8) meat grinders, with a 20 mm hole, made of food-grade plastic (Moplen).
It fits onto the meat grinder by resting the funnel's base on top of the perforated plate and tightening the locking ring firmly. The 20 mm hole is designed for stuffing medium-calibre sausages and cured meats directly with the meat grinder, without needing a dedicated sausage stuffer.
Compatible with any meat grinder using the standard size 8 (e.g. Tre Spade TC-8, Fimar size 8 and equivalent machines).
It should be replaced if it is cracked, chipped or deformed, as these conditions would compromise hygiene and sealing during stuffing.
