The perforated plate is fitted at the outlet of the meat grinder, in front of the cross blade, and determines the grinding grain of the meat: the smaller the holes, the finer the result. It should be replaced when the holes widen or the edge loses its cutting sharpness, causing uneven grinding or meat overheating during processing.
