The rod acts as the pivot/guide shaft for the meat press arm: the arm slides and rotates on this bar to keep the product pressed against the slicing plate during cutting. It is designed to be paired with press arm AGWSESSAFF0026.
Rod replacement becomes necessary in case of bending, diameter wear or excessive play in the arm's movement, which compromise the stability of the press during slicing.
