Blade cover disc mod. 350. Protective safety disc (blade guard) for 350 mm class slicers: covers the non-cutting edge of the blade, protecting the operator during cleaning, disassembly and sharpening. Replace if deformed, cracked or no longer seating against the blade.
The blade cover disc mod. 350 is the protective disc (blade guard) that covers the non-cutting edge of the circular blade on 350 mm class slicers. Its purpose is purely safety-related: fastened at the centre of the blade, it seals the unused outer portion of the edge, preventing accidental contact with the cutting edge during cleaning, disassembly and sharpening.

Replace it when the disc is deformed, cracked, dented on the rim or no longer seats correctly against the blade: a damaged cover leaves the cutting edge exposed and compromises operator safety. Replacement is also good practice after extended sharpening or whenever the central fastening shows excessive play.
