Pair of sharpening stones (ref. 816 + 871) for RGV slicers, Ø 40 mm: one coarse-grit wheel and one fine-grit wheel.
These are the two stones of the removable sharpener assembly: the coarse grit restores the edge profile, while the fine grit finishes it. They work in sequence and both must be kept in place; replace them when they are worn or glazed.
For removable RGV sharpeners on models 195 / 220 / 250 / 275 / 300 / 350 with 2-hole mounting plate. Make sure your sharpener has this fitting.
