The slice deflector is the plate fitted behind the blade that detaches and guides the cut slice, preventing it from sticking to the blade and keeping the cut clean. Made of stainless steel, suitable for food contact. Replace it when it is bent or worn, or when slices start sticking.
Specific to models 22/25; adjustment close to the blade must be carried out carefully, with the machine switched off.
