The stainless steel slice deflector mod. 22-25 Olimpia is the genuine spare part (ref. 1038) for Olimpia flywheel slicers, available in the 220 mm blade version (mod. 22) and the 250 mm blade version (mod. 25).

The slice deflector sits right behind the blade: its job is to guide the freshly cut slice, cleanly separating it from the blade edge and directing it onto the collecting tray, preventing the slice from sticking to the blade or curling during cutting.

Made of stainless steel, it offers corrosion resistance, easy sanitising and longer service life compared with plastic versions, keeping the blade edge clean and the food-contact surface free of rust or abrasion.

Replace the slice deflector when it shows signs of wear, deformation or cuts, or when slicing becomes irregular, with slices tearing or failing to release cleanly from the blade.

Compatible exclusively with Olimpia brand slicers mod. 22-25.
