Carriage clamping knob with 8 mm pin, a replacement part compatible with the Fama 300 gravity slicer, models FA302 (three-phase) and FA303 (single-phase).
This component locks the food carriage in the desired position during slicing: the knob screws onto the 8 mm threaded pin on the carriage slide, and turning it tightens or loosens the clamp, allowing the carriage to be firmly secured along its sliding guide, ensuring stability and safety while operating the slicer.
Replace it when broken, when the thread is worn, or when it no longer firmly holds the carriage in position during cutting.
