Circular blade Ø 300 mm in C45 steel for slicers: centre hole Ø 40 mm, height 19 mm, 3 fixing holes, inner blade-cover diameter 250 mm.
This is the blade that does the cutting: made of C45 carbon steel (not stainless), it holds its edge well but must be kept sharp and protected from moisture to prevent oxidation. Wear part — replace it when repeated sharpening has reduced the diameter or the edge can no longer be restored.
For Swinfort and ABO type 300E slicers, FAC / Mistro cold-cuts trolleys (ref. L300.3001). Check the dimensions — Ø 300, hole 40, 3 holes, height 19, blade cover 250 — on your machine before purchasing.
