Sharpening stone (abrasive grinding wheel) for meat slicers, size 51 × 15 × 14.3 mm (diameter × thickness × centre bore). Wear part for the built-in sharpener assembly that restores the edge of the circular blade. Compatible with OMAS slicers and equivalent models. Please note: unusual size — 15 mm thickness and 14.3 mm centre bore, larger than average: check these two dimensions carefully. The fine grit finishes the cutting edge and refreshes the blade: it is used after the coarse-grit wheel for a clean cut. The wheels work as a pair in the sharpener assembly: keep both grits on hand and replace the stone once it is worn or glazed. Check the three dimensions (diameter, thickness, bore) on your machine before purchasing: they determine compatibility regardless of brand.
