The 51x7x14.3 fine-grit grinding wheel is the abrasive disc for the sharpener assembly of Omega-CEG slicers and compatible models. It is the flat-profile knife-type wheel with fine grit, the one that finishes and polishes the blade edge after the pass of the coarse-grit wheel, delivering a clean, burr-free cut.

When to replace it: the wheel should be changed when the disc looks worn, reduced in diameter, glazed or chipped, or when sharpening no longer restores a bright edge and the blade stays dull or tends to tear the food. The fine-grit wheel should be replaced together with the coarse-grit one to maintain correct sharpening.
