Safety shield between the hand and the blade during slicing: mandatory component, to be replaced if broken or missing. Hole centre distance 14.9 cm (measurement to check for compatibility). (G) MEAT GRINDER AUGER FOR DUETTO PLUS
Auger (worm screw) for the meat grinder function of the RGV Duetto Plus kitchen machine (position G in the exploded view).
It is the component that pushes the meat from the feed opening towards the cutting assembly (star knife + perforated plate). It works under load and is a wear part: with use the thread wears down and the feed pressure drops — the typical symptom is meat coming out squashed or feeding through with difficulty.
Compatible with the Duetto Plus. For proper mincing it must be paired with a knife and plate in good condition (the knife-plate pair should be replaced together). Wash and dry after each use.
