The perforated plates determine the coarseness of the mince: the three hole diameters in the set cover everything from fine to coarse mincing. They work together with the knife and are wear parts — replace them when the holes have widened or the plate is damaged (meat gets crushed instead of cut).
Set of 3 plates Ø 53 mm for Duetto Plus. For a clean cut, keep the knife in good condition as well. Wash and dry after each use.
