This is the part to buy when the original cone supplied with the machine is broken, cracked or lost: the casing is gathered onto the cone and fills evenly as the minced meat is pushed forward by the auger. An intact cone, free of cracks or chipped edges, is essential to avoid tearing the casing while stuffing.
Like all accessories in contact with meat, it should be washed and dried right after use to keep it in good condition over time.
