Grater accessory (feed mouth unit) for the RGV Duetto Plus multi-function machine, with reinforced metal drum holder and three grating drums V1, V2, V3. This is the grater body that fits onto the Duetto Plus motor unit.
What it's for. The Duetto Plus is a multi-function machine (grater, tomato press, meat mincer): this accessory is the part dedicated to grating. The cheese is placed in the feed mouth, pushed with the plunger, and the drum grates it; the three interchangeable drums (V1, V2, V3) allow different grating textures, by sliding the drum out of the holder and replacing it.
Reinforced metal drum holder. More durable than all-plastic versions: it withstands better the pressure needed on aged/hard cheeses and continuous use.
Compatibility and versions. Spare part for the Duetto Plus. This configuration includes 3 drums (V1-V3); a complete version with 4 drums (V1-V4) is also available. If only the worn drums are needed, the drum set is available separately (code 110266). Check the fitting against your own model before purchasing.
