The Ektor is a slow, low-speed extractor (37 rpm) supplied as standard with three baskets of different perforation, each giving a different result depending on the food processed: this basket, with an enlarged opening, is designed for making sorbets from fruit and vegetables, making it easier for the product to pass through the extractor's auger.
Replace it when broken, deformed, or worn to the point of compromising correct extraction or blocking the passage of the processed product.
